Our Dearest Guest

Warmest Welcome to Vince Villa !
Let's get it started!

Vince Villa is
located in a small self-contained township called Bukit Mertajam, which is very close to the Pearl of the Orient (Penang Island) in West Malaysia. In a short 20 minute car ride, you will reach the beautiful island of Penang, long known as the food capital of Malaysia and which is a popular tourist destination with its beautiful beaches and old rustic charm.
Vince Villa is placed at a very strategic location for local tours to the island. Bukit Mertajam itself is home to many local flavors including the famous St. Annes Cathedral which thousands flock to pay homage during the St. Anne’s feast celebrations annually

Vince Villa houses 16 rooms which are tastefully refurbished with an individual unique interior design and provides a comfortable setting and an enchanting atmosphere. Our rooms are lovingly labeled under several well-known floral species namely, Allysum, Begonia, Daisy, Erica, Holly, Iris, Jasmine, Kennedia, Lotus, Marigold, Snowdrop, Rose, Windflower, Orchid, Poppy and Vince . Each of them conveys exclusivity in its beauty and symbolizes an expression of imbued emotions that would make a lasting impression during and long after your stay with us.

A pavilion is located at the frontage of Vince Villa where you can enjoy a relaxed cup of coffee coupled with a great view. It is indeed an ideal venue for small chit-chat, group gatherings or simply to chill-out. It is named "The Pondok", which in the local Malay language translates to a small shelter built of wooden structures which you will find near traditional homes of the Malay and Indonesian villages.

If you are a lover of antiques and historical ancestry, this will be the unique place for you to experience and indulge your senses. We have extensive collections of decorative accessories from different ethnic groups like Baba and Nyonya, Balinese and the Han Chinese.

Vince Villa also exhibits a variety of paintings and artifacts as a small art gallery along its corridors and rooms. We also display art collections and handcraft pieces from traditional Chinese, Baba and Nyonya time periods. This adds on to the already nostalgic atmosphere of the room designs and heightens your overall visual experience factor at Vince Villa.

Vince Villa provides you a great ambience close to mother-nature settings with its numerous varieties of plants and flowers grown in and around the villa. There is also a floating garden located at the edge of Vince Villa, providing you with a natural setting experience and a vantage lookout point. These carefully selected fiona and floral tastefully arranged adds on to the creation of a lush and beautiful garden scenery and delivers the freshness that is the hallmark of Vince Villa

For the car enthusiast, you will appreciate a touch of class to the overall offerings at our home stay Villa . There is a W121 Sedan 190 Mercedes Benz exhibited at the ground floor garage. It was manufactured in year 1958 with a 1.9L M121 I4 engine, and it's still functional for use at any special occasion you may have or choose to indulge in.

We provide a small but homely cafeteria which serves light meals. It's a cozy dining area where you can enjoy your meal within the comfort of the Villa with a well laid outdoor view.
